In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the stak88 Platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you enter into a legally binding agreement with stak88 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform regardless of whether they have registered an Account. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

stak88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, stak88 will notify registered Users via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the stak88 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. stak88 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with responsible gaming obligations.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of stak88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have had an Account previously suspended or permanently closed by stak88 for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing the Platform through an automated script, bot, or any other non-human means unless expressly authorised by stak88 in writing.

stak88 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing Account if, in its reasonable assessment, a User does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in this clause or any other provision of these Terms.

To access the full range of stak88 products and services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), keno, and esports betting — you must register a personal Account on the Platform.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered to an Indonesian network. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details whenever they change.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on stak88. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. stak88 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment correlation to detect duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be permanently suspended, all Bonus Balances forfeited, and any winnings derived from a second Account will be voided.

4.3 KYC Verification

stak88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Before processing a withdrawal request, all Users must complete identity verification by submitting:

• A clear photograph of a valid government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of an e-wallet dashboard showing your name, or a bank passbook/statement for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri transfers).

stak88 may request additional documentation at any stage, including during account registration, prior to a large withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Closure by User

You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting stak88 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled normally. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your most recently verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Balance is non-refundable upon voluntary closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your stak88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

stak88 strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Indonesian mobile number. This feature is available in the Account Security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

stak88 will never contact you by email, live chat, or telephone to request your password or 2FA code. Any communication purporting to be from stak88 and requesting these credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify stak88 immediately. Upon receiving such notification, stak88 will suspend the Account and conduct a security review. stak88 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the breach resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials or your sharing of login details with a third party.

All deposits on stak88 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). stak88 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuer approval).

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification tier and are displayed at the point of deposit.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited to your Balance within two minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are credited in real time during standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB, 06:00–22:00). Transfers received outside banking hours are queued and processed from 06:00 WIB the following morning.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from accounts belonging to other persons — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the originating account and the depositing Account may be suspended pending review.

6.4 Deposit Limits

In support of our responsible gaming obligations, stak88 provides voluntary daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit controls, accessible from the Account Settings panel. Once a lower deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.3.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified Accounts, subject to stak88's internal risk review procedures.

7.2 Processing Time

stak88 targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawal requests:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Within 15 minutes of approval for verified Accounts.
• Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Within 1–3 business hours during WIB banking hours.
• Pending KYC review: Processing is paused until KYC documentation is approved, which may take up to 3 business days.

7.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method in your name may be used with prior support approval.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

stak88 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, stak88 will notify you within 24 hours of the reason for the delay and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

stak88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to the Indonesian sporting and cultural calendar.

8.1 Eligibility & Claiming

Bonus eligibility is determined at the time of claim. Each promotion page clearly states the eligibility requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, bonus amount or percentage, applicable games, wagering requirement, maximum bet during wagering, and expiry date. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of any promotion before claiming it.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Bonus Balance must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion terms before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Wagers placed on games with a contribution below 100% will be pro-rated accordingly. Contribution rates by game type are published on the Promotions page and may be updated from time to time.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

stak88 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing matched or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, wagering on prohibited games or bet types during a bonus period, and coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional terms. Upon detection of any of the above, stak88 may void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

8.4 Expiry

All bonuses and associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonuses are removed from the Bonus Balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Each game and betting product on the stak88 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant product page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the game rule applies to that product only.

9.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the stak88 Sportsbook Rules, which cover market settlement, void bet conditions, in-play betting, accumulator (mix parlay) rules, and maximum payout limits. Odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.

9.2 Live Casino

Live casino games — including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and live dragon tiger — are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the result of the round as recorded by the studio's server is final. stak88 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the User's own internet connection.

9.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. Actual results will vary from the theoretical RTP over any given session. stak88 does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

9.4 Togel & Keno

Togel draws and Keno results are generated by independently verified systems. Draw results are published in real time and full historical draw records are maintained and accessible to all Members. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the relevant draw.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the stak88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after using the funds for betting purposes.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or Account restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and must be returned.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing stak88 staff or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any stak88 content without prior written authorisation from stak88.

Game content — including game engines, graphics, and audio — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and is licensed to stak88 for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, stak88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond stak88's reasonable control (force majeure), including power outages, network disruptions, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your own breach of account security obligations.
• Errors or delays in the transmission of data between your device and the stak88 servers caused by third-party internet service providers.

stak88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit stak88's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by stak88's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

stak88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the stak88 Privacy Policy.

stak88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes — including changes to deposit/withdrawal rules, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — stak88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the stak88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming and commercial law, with primary reference to the legal frameworks of the jurisdiction in which stak88 holds its operating licence.

16.1 Internal Complaints

In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to stak88's internal complaints team by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." stak88 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB business hours) and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex cases may require up to 14 business days.

16.2 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Arbitration shall be conducted in English and the costs shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against stak88.
